SERVICES · RODENT CONTROL

Rodent control

Controlling unwanted rodents using biological, physical or chemical methods — in production plants, warehouses, shops, public buildings and residential buildings.

What rodent control involves at your facility

Rodent control is not a one-off treatment but a process: first we establish where the rodents get in and what they feed on, then we choose the method, and finally we make sure the problem doesn’t come back. In HACCP-covered facilities we run it as ongoing, documented monitoring — not as a call-out “on demand”.

In 2020 we introduced innovative devices that reduce rodenticide use. Thanks to them, many facilities can maintain effective monitoring with less chemistry — which matters especially where food is processed.

Methods we use

  • Biological

Solutions that reduce rodent pressure without introducing poison into the facility.

  • Physical

Lockable traps and stations, labelled and marked on the facility plan.

  • Chemical

Rodenticides matched to the species and conditions, used in secured points.

Where we work

  • Food processing plants
  • Warehouses and logistics centres
  • Shops and retail chains
  • Educational and healthcare facilities
  • Housing associations and cooperatives
  • Farms and agricultural facilities

How it works

Four steps from enquiry to ongoing monitoring

  1. 01

    Baseline audit

We inspect the facility and identify entry routes, food sources and critical points.

  2. 02

    Offer and plan

We treat every quote individually — scope and frequency follow the audit.

  3. 03

    Installation and labelling

Numbered stations and traps, marked on the facility plan, with staff training.

  4. 04

    Reviews and reports

Cyclical readings, reports and facility history available online in the CERBER system.

Documentation

Paperwork ready for audit day

Station layout plan, product safety data sheets, reports from every visit and intervention history — all in one place, even when the auditor arrives unannounced.

Questions

Before you call

Can’t find your question here? Write to us — we answer the tricky ones too.

Does the treatment require stopping production?

In most cases no — we run rodent monitoring while the plant operates and adjust review dates to production shifts. If the scope requires a break, we say so upfront at the offer stage.

How often are the reviews?

We set the frequency after the baseline audit — it depends on the industry, quality-system requirements and rodent pressure around the facility.

Are the products safe around food?

In food-contact areas we work mainly with physical methods and devices that reduce rodenticide use. Where chemistry is necessary, we use it in closed, labelled points, and the safety data sheets stay in the facility documentation.

What about an emergency between reviews?

You report the intervention online in the CERBER system or by phone.

What area do you cover?

The whole of Poland. Our head office is in Babice near Racibórz, and the Pest Control team travels to facilities across the country.
