SERVICES · ELIMINATING MICROORGANISMS

Disinfection

A process of eliminating microorganisms that pose a threat to human and animal health — in food plants, healthcare facilities, educational establishments and public spaces.

What disinfection involves at your facility

Disinfection is not just “wiping down” a surface. We match the method and product to the type of facility, the risk and what is actually happening in it — a production hall is treated differently from a surgery or a classroom.

For disinfecting large surfaces and hard-to-reach spaces we use ULV fogging and ozone. This lets the product reach places that ordinary wiping cannot, while keeping the safety procedures agreed with the client.

Methods we use

  • ULV fogging

The product is dispersed into fine droplets covering large surfaces and nooks.

  • Ozonation

An ozone generator to disinfect and remove microorganisms with no chemical residue.

  • Surface products

Agents matched to the material and area, used in line with the safety data sheet.

How it works

Four steps from enquiry to ongoing monitoring

  1. 01

    Baseline audit

We assess the facility, the risk areas and the client’s quality-system requirements.

  2. 02

    Offer and plan

We choose the method, products and timing — tailored to the facility.

  3. 03

    Treatment

We carry out the disinfection observing safety procedures and re-entry times.

  4. 04

    Report and recommendations

We hand over a report and recommendations; documentation goes into the CERBER system.

Documentation

Paperwork ready for audit day

Station layout plan, product safety data sheets, reports from every visit and intervention history — all in one place, even when the auditor arrives unannounced.

Questions

Before you call

Can’t find your question here? Write to us — we answer the tricky ones too.

Do you have to ventilate or wait after disinfection?

It depends on the method and product. For ozonation and ULV fogging we state the required re-entry and ventilation time before the treatment and record it in the report.

Is disinfection effective against viruses?

Yes, with the right product and method. We carry out disinfection to reduce viruses, bacteria and fungi, among others — the scope is confirmed at the offer stage.

Does the treatment leave residue?

Ozonation leaves no chemical residue. For surface products we follow the safety data sheets, and food-contact areas are handled according to agreed procedures.

How quickly can you come?

We arrange the date by phone or via the form.

What area do you cover?

The whole of Poland, from our head office in Babice near Racibórz.
