SERVICES · ODOUR NEUTRALISATION

Odour removal

Removing unpleasant odours with chemical agents or an ozone generator — in premises, retail facilities, means of transport and rooms after incidents.

What odour removal involves at your facility

A persistent unpleasant odour usually does not disappear with airing alone, because its source soaks into textiles, plaster and fittings. That is why we start by identifying the cause and only then choose the neutralisation method.

To neutralise odours throughout the whole volume of a room we use an ozone generator. Ozone also reaches where wiping cannot and breaks down the molecules responsible for the odour, leaving no chemical residue.

Methods we use

  • Ozonation

An ozone generator neutralising odour throughout the volume, with no chemical residue.

  • Neutralising products

Chemical agents matched to the odour source and the type of surface.

  • Removing the source

We identify and help remove the source so the odour does not return after the treatment.

Where we work

  • Catering and retail premises
  • Offices and public buildings
  • Means of transport and vehicles
  • Rooms after fire or flooding
  • Hotels and accommodation facilities
  • Flats and private premises

How it works

Four steps from enquiry to ongoing monitoring

  1. 01

    Identifying the cause

We inspect the room and establish the source and extent of the odour.

  2. 02

    Offer and plan

We choose the method and treatment time — tailored to the facility.

  3. 03

    Treatment

We carry out ozonation or apply products, observing re-entry times.

  4. 04

    Report and recommendations

We hand over a report and recommendations to prevent the odour returning.

Questions

Before you call

Can’t find your question here? Write to us — we answer the tricky ones too.

Can people stay in the room during ozonation?

No — the room must be empty during ozonation. We state the required treatment time and the re-entry and ventilation time.

Does ozonation remove the odour permanently?

Ozone neutralises the existing odour. If the source remains (e.g. damp, damaged textiles), the odour may return — which is why we point out what to remove.

Does the treatment leave residue?

Ozonation leaves no chemical residue. For chemical products we follow the safety data sheets.

How quickly can you come?

We arrange the date by phone or via the form.

What area do you cover?

The whole of Poland, from our head office in Babice near Racibórz.
